The Ashtray and The Candle
USD 200
We came across this antique brass ashtray and were immediately drawn to its distinctive geometric form.
The octagonal silhouette, subtle pedestal and two cigarette rests give it a sculptural quality, making it an object that stands out through its shape alone.
We turned the ashtray into a candle, keeping its original character intact while adding a playful twist.
The words ‘Antique Piece’ in colourful wax letters bring a touch of humour to the assembly, quite literally describing what it is.
